AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AMENDING THE CODE
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-119 RELATING
O IMPROPER PARKING: REMOVAL OF UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES, BY REVISING
THE FIRST SENTENCE THEREOF.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 23-119 Improper parking; removal
of unauthorized vehicles, by revising the first sentence thereof to
read as follows:
� It is hereby declared to be unlawful for the operato
of • a motor vehicle to park a vehicle within the municipal
parking garage, on a city street, on a city operated lot,
or on any private parking lot open to the public in such
a manner as to obstruct or interfere with the movement
and operation of other motor vehicles, and any motor
vehicle parked in such manner shall be towed away at the
expense of the owner.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
ffect from and after its passage and approval.
