AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF BAX'S COMMERCIAL PROPERTY, SECTION TWO,
A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Raymond M. and Theresa H. Bax, owners of the
real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat of
said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land situated in and being a part of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 44 North,
Range 12 West, all in the City of Jefferson, County
of Cole, Missouri, and being more particularly described
as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner at
Section 3, Township 44 North, Range 12 West; thence
N 5° 21' 30" West, along the Section Line, 1476. 30
feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing
along said Section line N 50 21' 30" West, 976.12
feet; thence leaving said Section line S 840 42' 30"
West, 592.78 feet; thence S 50 17 ' 30" West, 201.44
feet; thence S 840 42 ' 30" West, 297.60 feet; thence
S 5° 17' 30" East, 201.44 feet; thence S 840 42 ' 30"
West, 200.00 feet to the easterly right-of-way line
of Commerce Drive; thence S 50 17' 30" East, along
said right-of-way line, 60. 00 feet; thence leaving
said right-of-way line N 840 42 ' 30" East, 200. 00
feet; thence S 50 17 ' 30" East, 419.43 feet; thence
S 5° 00' 50" West, 80. 00 feet; thence N 840 59' 00"
West, 51. 08 feet; thence S 50 00' 50" West, 249.17
feet to the northerly line of Schellridge Subdivision,
Section Two, as recorded in Book 7, page 57, at the
Cole County Records, Cole County, Missouri; thence
S 840 59 ' 00" East, along said Northerly line, 1.017.14
feet, to the point of beginning. EXCEPT, a tract of
land situated in and being a part of said Section 3,
Township 44 North, Range 12 West, being more particu-
larly described as follows: Commencing at the South-
east corner of Section 3, Township 44 North, Range 12
West; thence N 50 21' 30" West, along the Section line
2452. 42 feet; thence leaving said Section line, S 840
42' 30" West, 330.03 feet; -thence S 50 17 ' 30" East,
60. 00 feet, to the point of beginning; thence continuing
S 50 17' 30" East, 200. 00 feet; thence S 840 42 ' 30"
West, 250.00 feet; thence N 50 17' 30" West, 200. 00
feet; thence N 840 42 ' 30" East, 250.00 feet, to the
point of beginning. Containing 1.148 acres.
Containing 19.328 acres. Subject to all easements and
restrictions at record.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly
and properly signed and accepted by the owner of said Subdivi-
sion, known and referred to as Bax' s Commercial Property, Sec-
Mahn tion Two, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all re-
spects the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of
Missouri, 1969, and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have
been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said Sub-
division, and that in all respects the requirements of the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri
relating to plats and subdivisions, have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of land of Raymond M. and Theresa
H. Bax, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat
hereto attached and made part of this ordinance, is hereby

approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jeffer-
son, Missouri, and the Mayor of the said City and the City
Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage
and approval of this ordinance are given the authority and are
hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and
to certify to the approval of said under the seal of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
