AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 11-2 TRANSIT
AUTHORITY MANAGER TO READ "TRANSIT SYSTEM MANAGER" WHEREVER THE
WORDS "TRANSIT AUTHORITY MANAGER" APPEAR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 11-2, Transit Authority Manager
is hereby amended to read "Transit System Manager" wherever the
words "Transit Authority Manager" appear, and the name of said
section is amended to read. "Section 11-2, Transit System Manager" .
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval. '
