N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 2-175 OF
IVISION 5. DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS, BY ADDING "TRANSIT SYSTEM
MANAGER".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Section 2-175 Duties of Division 5. Director
of Public Works is hereby amended to read as follows :
The Director of Public Works shall generally
supervise the work of and coordinate the operations
of the street commissioner, sewer commissioner,
engineering division, and transit system manager.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
