AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 9204, ASSESSING SPECIAL TAX BILLS TO PROPERTIES
FRONTING OR ABUTTING ST, LOUIS ROAD AND DOEHLA LANE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Amend tax bill issued in the name of Wilfred
Edward Bernskoetter and Elizabeth Jean Bernskoetter,
Wilfred Edward Bernskoetter and Elizabeth Jean Bern
skoetter, husband and wife, owners of property des-
cribed as follows :
The easterly 25 feet (even width) of Lot 5 and all
Lot 6 of Mount Hope Heights , a subdivision of part
of Private Survey No. 2701, in the County of Cole
and State of Missouri, as per plat of record in
Plat Book No. 4, page 40, Cole County Recorder's
Office, Cole County, Missouri,
ALSO, the westerly 30 feet of Lot No, 7, in Mount
i Hope Heights Subdivision, in the City of Jefferson
Missouri, per plat of record in Plat Book 4, Page
40, Cole County Recorders Office, EXCEPT, 5,50 feet
conveyed to Henry Gemeinhardt and wife, by deed of
record in Book 142, Page 320, Cole County Recorder's
Office.
Assessment: 109.50 feet @ $5,00 a foot = $547 ,50
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval,
