REGULAR MEETING
DATE: April 9, 1985 AT: Village Hall
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: R. Neely, H. Bayer, D. Pearson, P. Bonelli,
D. Gullicksen
EX-OFFICIO PRESENT: W. Schempf, M. Latta
H. Bayer called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. Roll call was taken.
The minutes of the meeting of March 26, 1985 were approved as read.
The agenda of April 9, 1985 was approved as presented with the addition
of announcements.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
H. Bayer reported that Arlo Simmons went in for shoulder surgery yesterday
or today.
M. Latta stated the Village Board had concurred with the Plan Commission
on Case No. 133-2485 and County Case - Lockport Plainfield Road, East of
1-55, East Frontage Road, part of Tax Parcel No. 03--13= 100-;-008.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Case #118-3883FP: Graham petition for final plat approval. There is nothing
to report at this time and will be continued until next meeting.
Pheasant Chase Subdivision: There is nothing to report at this time and will
be continued until next meeting.
Zoning Ordinance: There is nothing to report at this time and will be
continued until next meeting.
County Case #2700-R: Caton Farm Road. No further information was supplied
to this Board.
NEW BUSINESS:
Case No. 135-31385t/- Watson/Larson, 706 W. Main Street No petitioners were
present. Questions were raised about the parking to the front of the building.
H. Bayer stated that we had discussed screening of parking and sidewalks when
the rezoning was granted. D. Pearson suggested bushes around the parking area.
R. Neely was concerned if we .:allotiv. this,•,.it would :give others the right to
park in the front. If they wanted to go to the expense they could put a road
in and park in the back. D. Pearson stated that we have already approved the
rezoning and we did see the layout with the garages in the front. Other
discussion centered on placement of the building, parking areas, and size of
apartments.

D. Pearson made a motion to continue Case No. 135-31385U to the next meeting.
P. Bonelli seconded the motion. Vote by roll call. R. Neely, yes;
H. Bayer, yes; D. Pearson, yes; P. Bonelli, yes; D. Gullicksen, yes.
Motion carried 5-0.
The next meeting will be the first Tuesday in May. M.
