AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF GREENBERRY TERRACE, A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. C. M. and Gladys M. Scrivner, owners of the
real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat of
said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land located in Outlots 108, 109 and 110, of
f the City of Jefferson, Missouri, more particularly des-
cribed as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of
Outlot 108; thence S 351 04 ' 26" W, along the east line
of said Outlot 108, 750. 8 feet more or less to the true
point of beginning; thence S 041 07 ' 18" W, 81.29 feet
to the north right-of-way of Ellis Boulevard; thence
along said north right-of-way line the following courses;
thence S 861 55' 19" W, 315.57 feet; thence on a curve
to the right, said curve having a radius of 1112. 88 feet,
and an arc length of 680.43 feet; thence N 581 02 ' 48"
W, 493. 20 feet to the west line of said Outlot 108; thence
leaving said north right-of-way line, N 341 40' 52" E,
along said west line of Outlot 108, 210.47 feet; thence
leaving said west line of Outlot 108 , S 511 42' 08" E,

true point of beginning. Also beginning at the northeast
corner of said Outlot 108; thence S 351 04 ' 26" W, along
the east line of said Outlot 108 , 928.98 feet more or less
to the southeast corner of Outlot 108; thence S 840 48'
52" W, along the south line of said Outlot 108, 537.06
feet to the northeast corner of Outlot 110; thence con-
tinuing S 841 48' 52" W, along the south line of Outlot
110, 64.73 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
continuing S 841 48' 52" W, along said south line of Out-
lot 110, 1044. 26 feet; thence N 441 47' 02" W, on a
curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 92.42
feet, and an arc length of 16.99 feet; thence N 551 19 '
08" W, 47.78 feet to the west line of Outlot 110; thence
N 341 40' 52" E, along the west line of said Outlot 110,
633.16 feet to the south right-of-way line of Ellis Boule-
vard; thence along said south right-of-way line the follow-
ing courses; thence S 581 02' 48" E, 497.01 feet; thence
S 571 01' 25" E, 369.90 feet to the true point of beginning.
Said tracts containing 14. 4100 acres, more or Less.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly
and properly signed and accepted by the owner of said Subdivision
known and referred to as Greenberry Terrace, that all taxes have
been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter:

445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1969, and amendments thereto,
entitled "Plats" , have been fully complied with by the aforesaid
owners of said subdivision, and that in all respects the require-
ments of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jeffer-
son, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions, have been com-
plied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of land of C. M. and Gladys M.
Scrivner, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat
hereto attached and made part of this ordinance, is hereby
approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jeffer-
son, Missouri, and the Mayor of the said City and the City Clerk
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and approval
of this ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed
to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
approval of said under the seal of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
