AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 23-93 (a)
REGARDING PARKING AT HOUSING AUTHORITY PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. The Code of the City of Jefferson, 1978, is
amended by adding Section 23-93 (a) to read as follows:

Section 23-93(a) . Restricted Parking--Housing Authority
Property.
sIt shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave
anding any motor vehicle upon any property, parking lot
or parking space thereon, owned or operated by the Housing
Authority of the City of Jefferson:
) (a) Unless the owner or operator of such motor vehicle
is a tenant, visitor, employee, delivery and/or service man
or other person who has lawful business to conduct on the
premises.
a (b) The Housing Authority may designate and restrict
parking areas for the classifications in subparagraph (a) .1
1 1 (c) Any motor vehicle parked in violation of this
section shall be considered an abandoned or disabled motor
vehicle and the provisions and procedures contained in
Section 23-102 shall apply and be observed.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
