Provide a copy of all public records authored by Jeff Gray and /or Joel Chandler
and/or Robert Sweetapple for the period beginning January 1, 2014 through the
date of this Request.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING REQUEST:
THIS REQUEST IS MADE PURSUANT TO PUBLIC RECORDS ACT,
CHAPTER 119 OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES AND IS ALSO REQUESTED UNDER THE
COMMON LAW RIGHT TO KNOW, THE COMMON LAW RIGHT OF ACCESS; AND
ANY STATUTORY RIGHT TO KNOW (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY
STATUTORY RIGHT OF ACCESS, AS APPLICABLE). THIS REQUEST IS ALSO MADE
PURSUANT TO THE RIGHTS OF THE REQUESTOR PROVIDED IN THE FLORIDA
CONSTITUTION.
IT IS REQUESTED THAT THIS RECORDS REQUEST BE FULFILLED IN ELECTRONIC
FORM. IF NOT AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORM. IT IS REQUESTED THAT THIS
RECORDS REQUEST BE FULFILLED ON 11 X 17 PAPER NOTE: IN ALL CASES (UNLESS
IMPOSSIBLE) THE COPIES SHOULD BE TWO SIDED AND SHOULD BE BILLED IN
ACCORDANCE WITH Section 119.07(4) (a) (2)
ALL ELECTRONIC COPIES ARE REQUESTED TO BE SENT BY E -MAIL DELIVERY.
PLEASE PROVIDE THE APPROXIMATE COSTS (IF ANY) TO FULFILL THIS PUBLIC
RECORDS REQUEST IN ADVANCE.
It will be required that the Requestor approve of any costs, asserted by the Agency (as defined in
Florida Statute, Chapter 119.01 (Definitions)), in advance of any costs imposed to the Requestor by
the Agency.

The Town of Gulf Stream received your public records requests on September 6, 2014. You

of your public records request is set forth in the italics above. In future correspondence, please
refer to this public records request by the above referenced numbers.
The Town notes that your request is nearly identical to two other public records request made on
September 5, 2014 by your President, Martin O'Boyle (GS #1365(803)), to which the Town
responded on March 2, 2015, and by your affiliated entity Asset Enhancement, Inc. (GS
#1364(804)), to which the Town responded on March 24, 2015. The responses to those requests,
including responsive documents are available on the Town's website and incorporated again
herein in response to GS #1367 (805). Additional documents responsive to your request,
invoices of Sweetapple, Broeker and Varkas, P.L. were produced in response to several other
public records requests which can be found by going to www.pulf- stream.ore click on "I Want
To... ", click on "Find a Town Record ", click on "Public Records Requests ", click on "2014" and
"2015 ", click on " Public Request Number Log" to find the requests which as for the invoices for
Sweetapple, Broeker, and Varkas, P.L. You will then be able to locate the requests and responses
by going to "Public Records Requests 2014" and "Public Records Requests 2015 ".
Please be advised that upon review, the Town has determined that the estimates provided in
response to GS #1365(803) and GS #1364(804) for the significant time and expense associated
with gathering additional responsive documents are equally applicable to this request. The
deposit required by the Town pursuant to Fla. Stat .119.07(4)(d) is detailed in the Town's
responses to GS #1365(803) and GS #1364(804) httt)://www2.gulf-
stream.org/WebLink8 /0 /doc /20415/Paeel.aspxx and http://www2.eulf-
stream.orglWebLink8 /0 /doc /20413/Paeel .aspxx.
Neither Mr. O'Boyle nor Asset Enhancement, Inc. have opted to pay a deposit in order to
retrieve those records. As a result, to fully respond to all parts of your record request, the Town
requires a deposit in the amount of $1,732.85 in cash or check.
The Town of Gulf Stream is currently working on a large number of incoming public records
requests. Upon receipt of your deposit, the Town will use its very best efforts to further respond
to your public records request in a reasonable amount of time.
