ORDINANCE NO. 94J 17
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
BY AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
BY REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1215 WEST MILLER STREET, FROM
M-2 (HEAVY INDUSTRIAL) , TO RA (MULTIPLE DWELLING) .
WHEREAS IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 36
RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
IOF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real estate
property be rezoned from M-2 (heavy industrial) to RA (multiple
dwelling) , to-wit:
Part of the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of
Section 1, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, and part of
Lots Nos. 6, 7, and 8 , of Block No. 2 , of Wolff' s Subdivi-
sion, per plat of record in Plat Book 3, page 22, Cole
County Recorder' s Office, and part of Miller Street vacated
by the City of Jefferson, Missouri, Ordinance No. 6646,
being adjacent to part of said Lots Nos. 6, 7, and 8 , and
part of Hart Street, vacated by the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, Ordinance No. 6647, being adjacent to part of
said Lot No. 8, all in the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
and more particularly described as follows: From the
Southeast corner of Lot No. 6 , of Block No. 2 , of said
Wolff' s Subdivision; thence northerly along the easterly
line thereof, 75 feet; thence westerly parallel with the
southerly line of McCarty Street, 27 feet, more or less to
the point of beginning; thence North 50 45' West, 119
feet, more or less to the westerly line of said Vossen
tract; thence northerly along west line of Vossen tract,
32 feet, more or less , to the northeast corner of the
Vossen tract, 'thence westerly along the north line of the
Vossen tract, 92 feet, to the northwest corner thereof;
thence southerly along the west line of said tract, 130
feet, to the southwest corner; thence easterly along the
south line of said tract, 92 feet, to the southeast corner;
thence continuing on an extension of said south line, 60
feet, more or less to the point of beginning.
Secton 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
