AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMEND-
ING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF NORTH TEN MILE
DRIVE IN THE 3000 BLOCK, FROM RS-2 (SINGLE FAMILY) , TO "S"
(SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 36
RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real estate pro-
perty be rezoned from RS-2 (single family) , to "S" (special
development) , to-wit:
That part of the east end of the northwest fractional
quarter of Section 3, Township 44, Range 12, lying on
the north side of the State Road leading from Jefferson
City, Missouri, to California, Missouri, particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the quarter section
corner on the north side of said Section 3; thence south
5 chains to a stake in the middle of the State Road;
thence south 650 West, 7 chains to a stake, (from which
bearing north 710 west 121 links distant was in 1870 an
Oak stump 45 links distant) ; thence west 15.20 chains
to a stake; thence north 8 chains to a stump on the
township line; thence east along said township line
21.95 chains to the point of beginning. Containing in
all, 16.62 acres more or less. .Located in Cole County,
Missouri.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
