RF. SOIi1TION APPROVING 'IltE RM'iI~AL OF AI.gXItOLIC
BEVtl~GE CONTROL LICENSE FOR THE 1998-1999

W]~I~AS, pursuant to an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Alcoholic Bever-
ages"~ as amended and also by certain ruleg and regulations adopted by the
Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of
New Jersey, an application has been made by SIMON S. HADDAD, INC., A.B.C.
License No. 1201-33-044-004 for Renewal of said License for the 1998-1999
License Term in due and proper form and has paid the necessary required
fees; and
~, application has been reviewed and no objection have been made for
renewal of said license.
NOW, %HI~,EFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HERI~YRESOLV~D, by the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that
a Plenary Retail Consumption License be granted and issued to SIMON S.
HADDAD, INC., holder of A.B.C. LICI2~SENO. 1201-33-044-004; and
BE IT FURT~ RESOLWD, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby author-
ized and directed to issue an Alcoholic Beverage License to the applicant
in accordance with the application heretofore made and approved, having
said A.B.C. License become effective July 1, 1998 and to expire June 30,
1999;
BE IT FURTH~RESOLV~D, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution
be forwarded, with original application and proper fee, to the State of
New Jersey, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, CN
087, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0087.

and certified as a true copy of the
