AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY REPEALING SECTION 22-13 RELATING
TO FORM OF LICENSES AND APPLICATIONS FOR BUSINESSES AND ENACTING A
" NEW SECTION 22-y13 RELATING TO THE SAME SUBJECT IN LIEU THEREOF.
'} BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Section 22-13, Form 'of Li'cerises 'and
A2pli cations, is hereby repealed and a new Section 22-13 entitled
the same enacted in lieu thereof to read as follows:
The City Collector and City License Inspector
shall prescribe the form of all licenses and the
applications therefor.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
