F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23--88 RELATING
O PARKING METER ZONES, SUBPARAGRAPH (3). PARKING METER ZONE C
EATING TO SIXTY MINUTE PARKING, BY REPEALING ORDINANCE 9099
ICH PLACES THE 200 BLOCK WEST SIDE OF BROADWAY UNDER SAID ZONE.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
S FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 23088, Subsection (31 Parking Dieter
one C is hereby amended by repealing the sentence which. reads,
"Broadway, the west side of the 200 block thereof".
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
