ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, AMENDING SECTION 23-88 METERED
ARKING, SUBSECTION (2) PARKING METER ZONE "B" , BY OMITTING THE
FERENCE TO WEST MILLER STREET, THE 100 BLOCK, AND REPLACING IT
ITH A NEW SECTION OF MILLER STREET.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. . Section 23-88. Metered Parking, Subsection (2)
Parking Meter Zone B, the sentence reading "Miller Street, the
north side of the one hundred block thereof. " is hereby repealed
and a new sentence with reference to West Miller Street is enacted
in lieu thereof to read as follows :
"Miller Street, west on the north side thereof for a
distance of 149 feet west of Jefferson Street. "
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
