AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-44 BY
LIMINATING THE LOCATION OF A STOP SIGN ON RUSSELL STREET.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 23-44 Designated Stop Intersections
is hereby amended by eliminating the location of a stop sign
on Russell Street under Subsection (b) Other Specified Intersection
as follows:
Russell Street, before entering Monroe Street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
