AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY REPEALING SECTION 23-80 RELATING
0 PARKING SO AS TO OBSTRUCT TRAFFIC, OF CHAPTER 23 MOTOR VEHICLES
D TRAFFIC AND ENACTING A NEW SECTION 23-80 IN LIEU THEREOF.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 23-80 Parking 'so 'as to 'obstruct
traffic, is hereby repealed, and a new Section 23-8Q enacted to
ieu thereof to read as follows:

No person shall park stop or stand u n
%treet or roadway or unmarked vehic p
traffic lane.
No person shall park a vehicle within an alley
in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave
available less than ten feet of the width. of the roadway
for the free movement of vehicular traffic, and no person
shall stop, stand or park a vehicle upon a street or
within an alley in such position as- to block the driveway
entrance to any abutting property.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
ffect from and after its passage and approval.
