ORDINANCE NO. �.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE AMENDED REPLAT OF INGLENOOK SUBDIVISION, A SUBDI-
VISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. J. Sheldon Gentry, owner of the real estate
hereinafter described and situated in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat of said real
estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri,
and more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land in the northeast quarter of Section 14,
Township 44 North, Range 12 West, also known as Replat
of Inglenook Subdivision, Section 1, being a replat of
Tracts A. B. C and Greenleaf Road of Buehrle Subdivision,
Section 2, all in the City of Jefferson, Cole County,
Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the center of said Section 14; thence N 05°
43' W, along the quarter Section Line, 954. 93 feet, to
the south line of a tract as described in Book 240, page
697, Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence N 771 56' 02"
E, along the south line of said tract, 150. 32 feet, to
the northerly extension of the westerly right-of-way
line of "Inglenook Drive" ; thence S 090 18 ' 56" E, along
said northerly extension of and the westerly right-of-way
lane of "Inglenook Drive" , 116. 76 feet; thence N 83° 50'
06" E, 65. 95 feet, to an intersection with the easterly
right-of-way of vacated "Greenleaf Road" and the south-
westerly line of Lot 93, "Buehrle Subdivision" , Section2;
thence along the southerly lines of Lots 93, 92 and 91 ,
Buehrle Subdivision, Section 2, S 600 14' 31" E, 216.27
feet, to an intersection with the east line of said "Re-
plat of Inglenook Subdivision, Section 1" ; thence S 090
29! 51" E, along said east line, 499.37 feet, to the
north line of Lot One, "Valleybrooke Subdivision" , as
filed for record in Book 11, page 39, Cole County Re-
corder' s office; thence along the northwesterly line of
said Lot One, S 59° 04 ' 50" E, 63.13 feet, to the west
line of said Lot One; thence along said west line of Lot
One and an extension thereof, S 030 35 ' 32" E, 218 .61
feet, to the quarter section line; thence S 860 24 ' 28"
W, along the quarter section line, 366. 76 feet, to the
point of beginning. Said tract containing 8. 0743 acres,
more or less. Bearings are magnetic.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owner of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as the Amended Replat of Inglenook Sub-
division, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects
the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri,
1969, and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully
complied with by the aforesaid owner of said subdivision, and
that in all respects and requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivisions, have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of J. Sheldon Gentry, lying, being
and situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made part
of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City
Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of
the City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
after its passage and approval of this ordinance are given the
authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said
plat thereon and to certify to the approval of said under the
seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
