AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE REPLAT OF PART OF SECTION ONE, TIMBER HILLS SUB-
DIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Richard S. and Joann C. Groner, Joseph and
Dorothy J. Miloro, Jr. , Bernard J. and Donna J. Groner, Thomas
J. and Lola J. Parris, Delmar E. and Rita M. Picker, Ben J. and
Karen L. Cunningham and James R. and Susan C. Moody, owners of
real estate hereinafter described in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat of said real
estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri,
and more particularly described as follows:
A part of the north half, of the Northwest Quarter, of
Section 21, Township 44 N, Range 11 W, in the City of
Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, and being more parti-
cularly described as follows: Starting at the Northwest
Corner, Section 21, Township 44 N, Range 11 W; thence
N 610 39' E, 122. 85 feet to a point in the centerline of
U. S. Highway 50 (Rex Whitton Expressway) at Station
126+00; thence along said centerline S 200 44 ' E, 937. 84
feet to Highway Station 135+37. 84; thence continuing S
20° 44 ' E, 586. 48 feet; thence N 540 38 ' E, 275.15 feet to
a point on the Easterly R/W of U. S. Highway 50; thence
N 42° 56' W, along said Easterly R/W 40. 35 feet to a point
on the Northerly R/W of Eastland Drive; thence along said
- Northerly R/W N 54° 38 ' E, 5.86 feet; thence continuing
along said Northerly R/W on a curve to the right having a
radius of 2905.11 feet a distance of 275.49 feet; thence
continuing along said Northerly R/W on a curve to the left
having a radius of 891. 05' a distance of 292. 5 feet;
thence continuing along said Northerly R/W N 420 04 ' E,
325.35 feet; thence continuing along said Northerly R/W
on a curve to the right having a radius of 561. 0 feet a
distance of 45. 05 feet; thence N 470 56' W, 124. 25 feet;
thence N 130 56 ' W, 304. 47 feet; thence N 760 04 ' E,
195. 0 feet to a point on the Easterly R/W of Timber -Road;
thence along said Easterly R/W S 130 56' E, 50. 0 feet;
thence continuing along said Easterly R/W on a curve to
the left having a radius of 699. 22 feet a distance of
65.65 feet to the point of beginning of this description;
thence N 760 04 ' E, 338. 53 feet; thence S 15° 12 ' E,
235. 86 feet to a point on the Northerly R/W of Eastland
Drive; thence along said northerly R/W on a curve to the
right having a radius of 508. 38 feet a distance of 100
feet; thence along said R/W on a curve to the left having
a radius of 561. 0 feet a distance of 184. 33 feet to a point
on the Easterly R/W of Timber Road; thence along said
Easterly R/W N 370 56 ' W, 8. 19 feet; thence continuing
along said Easterly R/W on a curve to the right having a
radius of 699. 22 feet a distance of 227. 24 feet to the
point of beginning
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as the Replat of Part of Section One,
Timber Hills Subdivision, that all taxes have been paid, and
that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised
Statutes of Missouri, 1969, and amendments thereto, entitled
"Plats" , have been fully complied with by the aforesaid owner
of said subdivision, and that in all respects and requirements
of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson,
I Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions, have been complied
with,
I NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of Richard S. and Joann C. Groner,
Joseph and Dorothy J. Miloro, Jr. , Bernard J. and Donna J.
Groner, Thomas H. and Lola J. Parris, Delmar E. and Rita M.
Picker, Ben J. and Karen L. Cunningham, and James R. and Susan
C. Moody, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat
hereto attached and made part of this ordinance, is hereby
approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jeffer-
son, Missouri, and the Mayor of the City and the City Clerk of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and approval
of this ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed
to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
approval of said under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Mi ls sour .
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
