AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDINiG THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, 1978, BY CHANGING THE HOURS
OF OPERATION OF PARKING METERS AS LISTED IN SECTION 23-88
SUBSECTION (e) to 8: 00 A.M. TO 5: 00 P.M. EXCEPT SUNDAYS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 23-88 Subsection (e). Meters -
IHours of Operation, Holidays, is hereby repealed and a new Section
23-88(e) Meters - Hours of Operation enacted in lieu thereof to
read as follows:
Parking meters shall be operated in the
parking meter zones every day between the hours
of 8: 00 A.M. to 5: 00 P.M. , except Sundays.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
