AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMEND-
ING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN SOUTHRIDGE DRIVE AND JEFFER-
SON STREET IN THE 1900 AND 2000 BLOCKS, FROM C-4 (PLANNED COMMER-
CIAL) TO C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 36
RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real estate pro-
perty be rezoned from C-4 (planned commercial) to C-2 (general
commercial) , to-wit:
Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 44
North, Range 12 West, of the 5th P.M. , more fully described
as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the North-
west Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Town-
ship 44 North, Range 12 West, of the 5th P.M. , Cole County,
Missouri; thence along the quarter section line N 01°
36' 57" E, 210. 59 feet; thence S 47° 20 ' 57" W, 160. 32
feet to a point; thence on a curve having a radius of
573. 69 feet and deflecting to the right 94.40 to a point
on the easterly line of Sun Meadow Lane; thence northerly
along the easterly line of Sun Meadow Lane, N 010 25' 49"
E, 343. 83 feet to a point on the south right-of-way line
of Missouri Highway C; thence along said south right-of-
way line along a curve having a radius of 5804. 65 feet, 89.
42 feet to a right-of-way marker; thence continuing along
said right-of-way N 75° 54 ' 28" E, 155. 49 feet; thence
along a curve having an initial tangent bearing of N 530
35' 04" E, a radius of 5834. 65 feet, and deflecting to
the left 522. 00 feet to a point; thence S 61° 43' 43"

an old iron rod in the Northwest right-of-way line of
Missouri Highway No. 54; thence along said Northwest

15 acres more or less.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
