ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 9365, AND ENACTING A NEW ORDINANCE IN LIEU THEREOF,
ESTABLISHING A LOADING ZONE ON THE WEST SIDE OF JAY DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 9365 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Section 23-95, Loading Zones, Designated Loca-
tions, is hereby amended by adding a zone to said section, to
read as follows :
"JAY DRIVE, on the west side thereof,
160 feet north of Union Street."
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the. date of its passage and approval.
