ORDINANCE NO.��____
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH CAPITAL CITY ELECTRIC COMPANY, FOR THE
RENOVATION OF LIGHTING, LOWER LEVEL, IN THE EXISTING CITY PARKING
GARAGE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City of Jefferson are
n` hereby authorized and directed, for and in the name of the City,
to execute a written contract with Capital City Electric Company,
for the renovation of lighting, Lower Level, in the existing City
Parking Garage, for the sum of $6,080.00.
Section 2. A copy of said Construction Contract is hereto
attached,and made a part hereof.
�:. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
