Section 23-95 Subsection (d) Passenger oading Zones, is hereby amended by adding an additional area at Capitol and Monroe Streets, at the Methodist Church to establish passenger loading zone to read as follows: METHODIST CHURCH, for the purpose of discharging or picking up patrons of said church, on the east half of Monroe Street at a distance seventy-one (71) feet north of the north curb of Commercial Avenue, between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 8: 30 A.M. , with a fifteen minute parking limit. WITNESSETH: ARTICLE 1 . It is hereby mutually agreed that for and in consideration of the payments as provided for herein to the Contractor by the Owner, the said Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and material and shall perform all work necessary to complete the improvements in a good and sub- stantial manner, ready for use and in strict accordance with this contract, a copy of which is filed pursuant to the law in the office of the legal representative of the Owner. ARTICLE 2. It is hereby further agreed that, in consideration of the faithful performance of the work by the Contractor, the Owner shall pay the Contractor the compensation due him by reason of said faithful performance of the work, at stated intervals and in the amount certified by the Engineer, in accordance with the provisions of this Contract. Based upon estimated quantities used to evaluate the total estimated contract price for work 4: included in the Contract is the sum of Six Thousand Eighty Dollars and no/100 . ($6,080.00). ARTICLE 3. It is hereby further agreed that, at the completion of the work and its acceptance by the Owner, all sums due the Contractor by reason of his faithful performance of the work, taking into consideration additions a to or deductions from the contract price by reason of alterations or modifications r. of the original contract by reason of "Force Account" work authorized under this contract in accordance with the provisions of this contract, will be paid the Contractor by the Owner after said completion and acceptance. ARTICLE 4. It is hereby further agreed that any reference herein to the "Contract" shall include all "Contract Documents" as the same are listed and described in the General Conditions, Special Conditions issued in connection with the City of Jefferson City, Missouri , Renovation of Lighting of the Lower Level of the Existing City Parking Garage, made a part of this agreement as fully as if set out at a length herein, and that this contract is limited to lethe items in the Proposal as signed by the Contractor and included in the Contract Documents. CC-1 ARTICLE 5. In conformity with the Special Provisions of these specifications, the amount of liquidated damages for this contract shall be Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars per day, Sundays and holidays excepted. This contract shall be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Party of the First Part and the Party of the Second Part, respectively, have caused this agreement to be duly executed in the day and year first written herein in five (5) copies, all of which to all intents and purposes shall be considered as the original .
