i A ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND

APPROVING THE PLAT OF JORDAN TOWNE SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Gregory Development Company and Jack and Frances
Jean Jordan, owners of the real estate hereinafter described and
situated in 'the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to
the Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jeffer-
son City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described
ORas follows:
Part of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section
11, Township 44 N, Range 12 W, in the City of Jefferson,
County of Cole, Missouri, and being more particularly de-
scribed as follows: Beginning at the center of said Sec-
tion 11; thence S 85° 57 ' 59" W, along the Quarter Sec-
tion Line, 1364. 80 feet to the Northwest corner of the
Northeast Quarter, of the Southwest Quarter of said Sec-
tion .11; thence S 85° al' 55" W, along the Quarter Sec-
tion line, 1372. 22 feet to the Northwest corner of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Sec-
tion 11; thence S 27° 23 ' 29" E, 444. 04 feet; thence S
620 36' 31" W, 18. 07 feet; thence S 27° 23 ' 29" E, 205. 00
feet; thence N 621 36 ' 31" E, 90. 00 feet; thence S 500
36' 11" E, 395. 65 feet; thence S 700 36 ' 21" E, 305. 33

feet to the Quarter Quarter Section Line; thence N 85°

having a radius of 179. 04 feet, a distance of 249. 90 feet;
thence S 711 57' 26" E, 2.29 feet; thence southwesterly
on a curve to the right having a radius of 1223. 24 feet,
a distance of 38.94 feet; thence S 18° 27 ' 41" W, 325.94
feet; thence N 780 24 ' 12" E, 111. 97 feet; thence N 57°
39' 48" E, 808.28 feet; thence N 380 25' 17" E, 276. 88
feet to the Quarter Section Line; thence N 060 57' 13"

�I point of beginning. Containing in all 60. 63 acres. Bear-
ings are magnetic.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
iknown and referred to as Jordan Towne Subdivision, Section One,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the re-
quirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1968,
and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully com-
lied with by the aforesaid owners of said subdivision, and that

in all respects and requirements of the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and
subdivision, have been complied with,
4- NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of Gregory Development Company
and Jack Jordan and Frances Jean Jordan, lying, being and situated
within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made part of this
ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of the said
City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after
its passage and approval of this ordinance are given the authority
and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon
and to certify to the approval of said under the seal of the City
' of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
