r AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMEND-
ING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
'r AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1015 EAST ATCHISON STREET, FROM
RD (DUPLEX) TO C-4 (PLANNED COMMERCIAL) .

WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 36
� •t,. • RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
}.;. OF JEFFERSONs MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real estate pro-

erty be rezoned from RD (duplex) to C-4 (planned commercial) ,

to-wit:.
A parcel of land known as 1015 East Atchison Street, being
described as follows: Part of Outlot No. 60 in the City
j; of Jefferson, Missouri, particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southerly line of said Outlot,
160 feet easterly from the southwesterly corner; thence
easterly along the southerly line, 50 feet; thence north-
erly at right angles 210 feet, more or less; thence
westerly at right angles 50 feet; thence southerly parallel
with westerly line 210 feet more or less to the point of
beginning.
