;;. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY ADDING "MESA AVENUE, FOR A
DISTANCE OF 130 FEET ON THE NORTHWEST SIDE THEREOF NEAR STADIUM
BLVD. " TO SECTION 23-79 (a) RELATING TO PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 23-79 (a) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by adding a roadway to said
relating Section
g to parking g prohibited at all times at designated
locations to read as follows :
Mesa Avenue, for a distance of 130 feet on the
northwest side thereof near Stadium Boulevard
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
