AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY ADDING "INDUSTRIAL DRIVE, ON
HE NORTH SIDE FOR A DISTANCE OF 200 FEET EAST AND WEST OF ARGONNE
STREET" TO SECTION 23-79 (a) RELATING TO PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Section 23-79(a) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978 is hereby amended by adding a roadway to Section
23-79(a) relating to parking prohibited at all times at designated
locations to read as follows:
Industrial Drive, on the north side thereof for a
distance of 200 feet east and west of Argonne Street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
