AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , PROVIDING FOR A
SALARY INCREASE FOR CERTAIN FIRE DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES BY AMENDING
D MODIFYING THAT PART OF SECTION 5 OF ORDINANCE 9357 PERTAINING
O FIRE DEPARTMENT SALARIES BY ADDING A PARAGRAPH THERETO.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A salary increase for certain Fire Department
` mployees is hereby provided by amending and modifying that part
of Section 5 of Ordinance 9357 pertaining to Fire Department
salaries by adding a paragraph thereto to read as follows:
Salary Increase for Certain Fire Department'
Employees. Each employee of the Fire Department,
with the exception of the Fire Chief, Administrative
Secretary, and Fire Inspector, shall receive a
$75. 00 increase in present monthly salary. and shall
be eligible for the proposed and approved percentage
` increase that all other city employees shall receive
in November, 1980 and any other salary adjustment
or adjustments that all city employees shall re.celve.
' Section 2. This Ordinance shall be 'in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
