`. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY REDUCING THE NUMBER OF FEET
FROM ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE FEET OF THE NORTH CURB OF PAYNE ON
THE WEST HALF OF GREENBERRY ROAD TO READ, "GREENBERRY ROAD, ON THE
WEST HALF THEREOF, NORTH AND WITHIN FIFTY-FOUR FEET OF THE NORTH
CURB OF PAYNE DRIVE" IN SECTION 23-79 (a) PROHIBITING PARKING AT
DESIGNATED LOCATIONS AT ALL TIMES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 23-79( a) regarding to prohibiting
parking at designated locations at all times is hereby amended by

changing the reference to Greenberry Road, on the west half thereof
north and within one hundred twenty-five feet of the north curb of
Payne Drive by reducing the number of feet to read as follows:
Greenberry Road, on the west half thereof,
north and within fifty-four (54) feet of .the north
curb of Payne Drive.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its
