AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, APPROPRIATING
MONEY OUT OF UNAPPROPRIATED FUND BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND TO
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS BUDGET, TO TAKE CARE OF THE 1980 SLURRY SEAL
PROGRAM AND THE 1980 OVERLAY PROGRAM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated, out of the
unappropriated Fund Balance of the General Fund, the amount of
$294,324.00, to the Capital Improvements Fund, to take care of
the 1980 slurry seal program and the 1980 overlay program.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
