AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING LICENSE
FEE FOR TAXICABS OPERATED IN THE CITY TO A BUSINESS LICENSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF. JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Code of the City of Jefferson, 1978, is
hereby amended by repealing Section 35-7, Taxicab Licenses .
Section -2. The Code of the City of Jeffersoni.. 1978, is
hereby amended by adding, in Section 22-7, Business Licenses
based upon set fees, the following:
"Taxicab Companies . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $12.00 per year
per taxicab"
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
