AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY AMENDING SECTION 5 OF
ORDINANCE 9357 RELATING TO SALARIES OF CITY ELECTIVE AND APPOINTIV
OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 5 of Ordinance 9357, the Salary Ordinance,
is hereby amended by adding a Department of Transportation, with a
Director at a minimum annual salary of $17,000.00 and a maximum
(annual salary of $23,000.00.
Section 2. Under Department of Transportation as created in
Section 1 above, the following positions and pay ranges are
authorized:

' Section 3. Section 5 of Ordinance 9357 is hereby further
amended by deleting the Airport and Parking Authority Departments.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval .
