AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMEND-
ING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
REZONING PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE LASALETTE SEMINARY PROPERTY, FROM
RS-4 (SINGLE FAMILY) , TO RA (MULTIPLE FAMILY) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEATS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 36
RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real estate pro-
perty be rezoned from RS-4 (single family) to RA (multiple family)
to-wit:
A tract of land being a part of the Southwest Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 44 N, Range 12 W,
and a part of Lot No. 12 of Panorama Hills, Block 4, Sec-
tion 1, as per plat of record in Plat Book 4, at pages 9
and 10, Cole County Recorder' s Office and a part of Lot No.
1 in Black No. 1 of City View Terrace as per plat of record
in Plat Book 4, at page 78, Cole County Recorder' s Office,
all in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri
and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning
at the southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the South-
east Quarter of said Section 12; thence N 020 181 49" E
along the Quarter Quarter Section Line, 672. 97 feet to a
point on the west line of Lot No. 1 of said City View Terrace
thence S 890 05 ' 24" E, 98.20 feet to a point on the south
line of Linden Drive; thence N 52° 42 ' 47" W, 51. 32 feet
to the most southerly corner of Lot 'No. 12 of said Panorama
Hills; thence N 370 19 ' 45" E, along the easterly line
of said Lot No. 12, 15. 00 feet; thence N 8910 06 ' 47" W,
64. 56 feet to the Quarter Quarter Section Line; thence
N 02° 33' 54" E, along the Quarter Quarter Section Line,
678. 35 feet to the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter

feet to the Section Line; thence S 87° 01 ' 55" E, along
the Section Line, 864. 87 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing in all 33. 93 acres. Bearings are magnetic. Sub-
ject to easements of record.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full ;Force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
