AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMEND-
ING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NORTHWESTERN CORNER OF THE
CITY ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF RAINBOW DRIVE AND THE PROPOSED
OUTER DRIVE OF U. S. 50, FROM RS-1 (SINGLE FAMILY) TO C-4 (PLAN-
NED COMMERCIAL) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 36
RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real estate
® property be rezoned from RS-1 (single family) to C-4 (planned
commercial) , to-wit:
A tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 44 North, Range
12 West, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, that lies
north of Highway 50, west of Rainbow Drive, east of the
Quarter Section Line and South of the Section Line.
Containing 1. 5 acres, more or less.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
