N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , MENDING THE CODE
F THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY ADDING "BUSCH STREET AND
MISSOURI BLVD ON A NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY LYING PARALLEL TO AND BETWEEN
KANSAS STREET AND VIRGINIA STREET" TO SECTION 23-79(b) RELATED TO
ARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIDIES IN AN ALLEY.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 23-79 (b) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by adding an ,alley to said
Section to read as follows:
Busch Street and Missouri Blvd. on a north-south
alley lying parallel to and between Kansas Street and
Virginia Street
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be ' in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
