N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AMENDING THE CODE OF THE
ITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY ADDING "McCARTY STREET, EAST, FOR A
ISTANCE OF 38 FEET IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION FROM THE WEST EDGE OF
HE DRIVE WEST OF SMITTY'S CAFE" TO SECTION 23-89 RELATING TO ONE
OUR PARKING.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 23-89 of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, 1978, is hereby amended by adding a roadway to said
Section relating to one hour parking as follows:
McCarty Street, East , for a distance of 38 feet
in a westerly direction from the west edge of the drive
west of Smitty' s Cafe.
Section 2 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
