ORDINANCE NO. 9
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE
OF TIE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 19789 BY ADDING 23-93 (d) , HANDICAPPED
PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1, Section 23-,93 (d) , Handicapped Parking, is
hereby enacted to read as follows :
"It shall be unlawful for any person to park or
leave standing any motor vehicle upon any parking
space designated as parking for the handicapped,
unless such vehicle is bearing the special license
plate issued to 'physically disabled persons by
the Director of Revenue of the State of Missouri,
pursuant to Section 301.142, R.S.Mb. , 1978,"
Section. 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
