AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE REPLAT OF LOTS 50, 65, AND 66, PART OF LOT 51,
AND PART OF SOUTHERN AIR DRIVE, MAJOR'S BOONVILLE ACRES, SEC-
TION TWO, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Robert J. and Edith E. Major and Keith S.
and Gladys M. Major, owners of the real estate hereinafter
described and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having
submitted to the Council a plat of said real estate, being locate
in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows:
All of Lots 50, 65 and 66, part of Lot 51, and part of
the vacated Southern Air Drive right-of-way of Major' s
Boonville Acres, Section 2, as per plat of record in
Plat Book 7, pages 96 and 97, Cole County Recorder' s
Office, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 50 of Major' s
Boonville Acres, Section 2; thence S 69° 25' 00" E, along
the north line of said Lot 50 and the easterly extension
thereof, 80. 00 feet; thence N 44° 51' 27" E, 49. 17 feet
to the west line of Lot 65 of said Major' s Boonville Acres,
Section 2 ; thence N 50 55 ' 00" W, along the west line of
said Lot 65, 80. 00 feet to the Northwest corner thereof;
thence N 840 05 ' 00" E, along the north line of said Lot
65, 100. 00 feet to the Northeast corner thereof; thence
S 051 55' 00" E, along the east lines of Lots 65 and 66
and the southerly extension thereof, 310. 53 feet to the
southerly line of Lot 51 of said Major' s Boonville Acres,
` Section 2; thence N 600 12 ' 00" W, along the southerly
line of said Lot 51, 103. 99 feet to the most Westerly
corner thereof; thence N 780 41' 00" W, along the south
line of vacated Southern Air Drive and along the south line
of aforementioned Lot 50, 192. 44 feet to the Southwest corne
of said Lot 50; thence N 200 35 ' 10" E, along the west line
of said Lot 50, 131. 20 feet to the Northwest corner thereof
and the point of beginning.
Section 2 . It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as a Replat of Lots 50, 65, and 66, Part of
Lot 51, and Part of Southern Air Drive, Major' s Boonville Acres, E
Section Two, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all
respects the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of
Missouri, 1969 , and amendments thereto, entitled, "Plats" , have
been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said sub-
division, and that in all respects and requirements of the

Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri
relating to plats and subdivisions, have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Replat of Lots 50, 65 and 66, Part of
` Lot 51, and Part of Southern Air Drive, Major' s Boonville Acres,
Section Two, lying, being and situated within the corporate limit
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat
hereto attached and made part of this ordinance, is hereby
approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jeffer-
son, Missouri, and the Mayor of the said City and the City Clerk
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and approval
of this ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed
to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to
the approval of said under the seal of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
