AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF MALL RIDGE ADDITION, SECTION THREE, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Roy G. and Judith LaVon Speers Horridge,
owners of real estate hereinafter described and situated in the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council a
plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole

!� County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:

A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 44N,
Range 12W, in the County of Cole, City of Jefferson, Missouri ,
being more particularly described as follows: From the
Southwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section
4; thence N 040 10' 08" W, along the Section Line, 1763. 77
feet; thence N 860 52 ' 59" E, 670. 00 feet to the north-
west corner of Mall Ridge Addition, Section 1; as recorded
in Plat Book 10, page 54 , Cole County Recorder' s Office;
thence continuing N 860 52 ' 59" e, along the north line of
said Mall Ridge Addition, Section 1, 725. 51 feet to the
northeast corner of said Mall Ridge Addition, Section 1,
and the point of beginning for this description; thence
continuing N 860 52 ' 59" E, 374.23 feet; thence S 060 10'
52" B, 469. 24 feet; thence S 800 10 ' 44" W, 133. 88 feet;
thence southwesterly on a curve to the right having a radius
of 238.13' , a distance of 297. 42 feet; thence S 610 44'
24" W, 25. 00 feet; thence southwesterly on a curve to the
left having a radius of 355. 85 feet, a distance of 136.63
feet; thence S 390 44 ' 25" W, 113. 92 feet to a point on
the north line of Ventura Avenue of said Mall Ridge Addi-
tion, Section 1; thence N 500 15 ' 35" W, along the north
line of said Ventura Avenue, 220. 00 feet to the Southeast
corner of Lot No. 13 of said Mall Ridge Addition, Section
1; thence along the easterly Line of said Mall Ridge Addi-
tion, Section 1, on the following courses and distances;
N 39° 44 ' 25" E, 260. 00 feet; thence N 430 30 ' 19" E,
64. 45 feet; thence N 040 37 ' 36" E, 170. 39 feet; thence
N 010 49' 20" E, 168. 47 feet; thence N 090 49 ' 16" W,
181. 98 feet to the point of beginning. Containing in all
6. 794 acres. Bearing are magnetic.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision,
known and referred to as Mall Ridge Addition, Section Three,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the re-
quirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1969,
and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully com-
plied with by the aforesaid owners of said subdivision, and that

in all respects and requirements of the Planning and zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to
plats and subdivisions, have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of Mall Ridge Addition, Section
Three, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat
hereto attached and made part of this ordinance, is hereby
approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jeffer-
son, Missouri, and the Mayor of the said City and the City Clerk
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and
approval of this ordinance are given the authority and are here-
by directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to
certify to the approval of said under the seal of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
