AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF G. B. SUBDIVISION, SECTION TWO, A SUBDIVI-
SION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Richard S. and Joann C. Groner, Bernard J.
and Donna J. Groner, and John W. and Lydia Groner, owners of the
real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat of
said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of the Northwest Quarter, of Section 21, Township
44N, Range 11W, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
Missouri, and being more particularly described as follows:
Starting at center of Section 21; thence northerly along
the Quarter Section Line, 171. 60 feet to the center of a
former County Road, now abandoned; thence westerly along
the center of said Road on the following courses and dis-
tances: N 660 001W, 240.9 feet; thence N 740 30 ' W,
393. 361 ; thence N 640 30' W, 226. 38 ' ; thence N 69° 20 '
W, 231. 0' ; thence leaving the center of said Road, N
120 30 ' E, 20. 0' to the northerly line of said abandoned
Road; thence N 770 30' W, along said northerly line,
115. 5' ; thence N 12° 30 ' E, 257. 4 ' ; thence S 79° 04 '
E, 44. 3 ' to the point of beginning of this description;
thence N 540 56 ' E, 489.161 ; thence S 350 04 ' E, 230. 0 '
to a point on the northerly R/W of Hutton Lane; thence
S 540 56' W, along said northerly R/W 311. 21 ; thence leaving
said R/W N 701 54' W, 219.15 ' ; thence N 79° 04 ' W, 71. 2 '
to the point of beginning.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as G. B. Subdivision, Section Two, that all
taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements
of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1969, and amendments
thereto, entitled, "Plats" , have been fully complied with by the
aforesaid owners of said subdivision, and that in all respects
and requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivision.
have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of G. B. Subdivision, Section Two,
lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached
and made part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted
by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the
Mayor of the said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jeffer-
son, Missouri, after its passage and approval of this ordinance
are given the authority and are hereby directed to endorse accep-
tance of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of said
under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
