AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ORDINANCE
8356 AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE 8698 GRANTING A FRANCHISE FOR CABLE
TELEVISION SERVICE BY CHANGING THE RATES CHARGED TO CUSTOMERS AS
SET FORTH IN PARAGRAPH 14 OF SAID ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 14 of Ordinance 8356 as amended by Ordinance 8698 is
hereby amended as follows:
Section 14. The Company may charge the following rates upon
he passage and approval of this Ordinance:
SERVICE CHARGES
Residential & Business Units:
Primary Outlet $6.55/month
Additional Outlet 1.25/month
Commercial Units :
Hotel, Motel, Hospital, Nursing Home
Primary Outlet 6.55/month
Additional Outlet
2 to 19 Units 1.35/ month each
20 to. 49 Units 1.35/ month each .
50 to 99 Units 1.35/ month each
100 & Up 1.35/ month each
Bulk-Rate Billing Units
Apartment Bldg. Mobile Parks, Condominiums
Primary Outlet 6.55/month each
