BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Bernard J. and Donna J. Groner, Richard S. and Joann C. Groner, Delmar E. and Rita T1. Picker, Joseph and Dorothy J. Miloro, and Thomas J. and Lola J. Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said sub- division, known and referred to as Timber Hills Subdivision; 46 Section Four, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1969, and amendments thereto, entitled, "Plats," have been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all respects and requirements of the r Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri relating to plats and subdivisions, have been complied with, NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of Timber Hills Subdivision, Section Four, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of the said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its pass- age and approval of this ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of said under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. � Section 3.
