THE LOTS OR TRACTS OF LAND FRONTING AND ABUTTING ON THE ROAD-
WAY OF Algoa Road, Landwehr Lane and North Grant Street
IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF �
SAID ROADWAY, I

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
! MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the
rate and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2
of this Ordinance, against the aggregate lots or tracts of
' land fronting or abutting on the roadway of Algoa Road,

Landwehr Lane & North Grant St, , in the City of Jefferson;
• i
Missouri for the improvement of said roadway, the sum of
$133,296 .66 as the total costs of the im-
provement of said street and the number of front feet front- j
ing or abutting said roadway, amount to 3795 , 50 i
front feet ; the cost price per front foot is $5 ,00, or 2 50 j
per front foot on property which had existing curb and gutters .
t SECTION 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of
said roadway, there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of
$5 . 00 or $2, 50 as a special tax against each front foot of i
ground fronting or abutting said roadway, and contained in !
such lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting said improved
roadway.
SECTION 3, The name of each property owner or owners
and the description of each lot or piece of ground fronting
j or abutting on each side of said roadway and the number of
front feet owned by each owner or owners and contained in the J

lots or tracts of land so owned and abutting said roadway and
i' the cost price per front foot for said improvement and the
�i amount hereby levied and assessed as special tax for said im-
provement against each lot or piece of ground fronting or
