AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMEND-
ING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
REZONING A PORTION OF LANDWEHR HILLS SUBDIVISION, SECTION ELEVEN,
FROM RS-2 (SINGLE FAMILY) TO C-4 (PLANNED COMMERCIAL) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PRECEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 36
RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real estate
property be rezoned from RS-2 (single family) to C-4 (planned
® commercial) , to-wit:
Part of Section 16, Township 44 North, Range 11
West, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 365, of
Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 11; thence
S 40 28 ' 54" E, along the East line of said Sub-
division, 180. 0 feet; thence N 73° 16 ' E, 347. 0
feet; thence N 860 00' E, 345. 0 feet; thence
N 80° 45' E, 487. 0 feet; thence S 680 15' E,
200.0 Feet, more or less, to the present C-4
Zoning Line; thence Northwesterly along said
Zoning Line, 2260. 0 feet, more or less to the
northwest corner of Lot 337, of said Landwehr
Hills Subdivision, Section 11; thence S 350 09 '
50" E, along the southwesterly line of Lots 337,
338 , and 339 of said Subdivision, 413. 64 feet;
thence S 190 47 ' 38" E, along the westerly line
of Lot 340 of said Subdivision, 161.06 feet to
the Southwest corner of said Lot 340; thence
S 87° 16 ' 29" E, along the southerly line of
said Lot 340 and the easterly extension thereof,
165.0 feet to the west line of Lot 365 of said
Subdivision; thence S 20 43' 32" W, along said
west line, 100. 0 feet to the southwest corner
thereof; thence S 87° 16' 28" E, along the
south line of said Lot 365, 199. 17 feet to the
point of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
