AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMEND-
ING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
AMENDING CHAPTER 36, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY
REZONING PROPERTY BOUNDED BY JACKSON STREET AND U. S. 54 SOUTH,
AND SOUTH OF STADIUM BOULEVARD, FROM RS-4 (SINGLE FAMILY) TO
RD (DUPLEX) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 36
RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real estate pro-
perty be rezoned from RS-4 (single family) to RD (duplex) , to-wit:
An area bounded on the north by Stadium Boulevard (Russell
Avenue) , on the west by the existing C-2 district boundary
line which is immediately to the east of U. S. 54 Highway,
on the south by an irregular line located to the north and.
east of Tanner Bridge Road and to the north of Mesa Avenue
and on the east by Jackson Street. The specific boundaries
of this area are shown on a map which is attached to and
i made a part of this ordinance.

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
.l from and after its passage and approval.
