AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING SECTION
13-31(1) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , 1978, AS
ENACTED BY ORDINANCE NUMBER 9210, RELATING TO COURT COSTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Section 13-31(1) , as enacted in Ordinance
Number 9210, is amended by deleting the words "Eight Dollars
($8. 00)" and by substituting in lieu thereof the words "Twelve
® Dollars ($12.00)".
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
