AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-115. 1 ,
MONTHLY PARKING FEES, BY REPEALING SAID SECTION AND ENACTING A
NEW SECTION IN LIEU THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Amend Section 23-115. 1 , Monthly Parking Fees,
by repealing said Section and enacting a new Section in lieu
thereof, to read as follows :
Section 23-115. 1. Monthly parking fees.
" The Parking Authority is hereby authorized to charge the
following monthly fee for each parking space:
Lot No. 1, 200 Jefferson Street - $18. 00; except that
five substandard spaces for compact vehicles
shall be $13.00 per month.
Lot No. 2, 200 East Capitol Avenue - $18. 00.
Lot No. 4, 200 Monroe Street - $12. 00
Lot No. 5, 500 East Capitol Avenue - $8.00
Lot No. 6, 400 East High Street - $7.00
Lot No. 12 , 309 14onroe Street - $8.00.
Lot No. 13, 300 East High Street - $8. 00.
Lot Nos. 14-16 , 400 East High Street - $6.00.
Lot No. 15, 300 Adams Street - $6. 00.
Lot No. 17, 100 Monroe Street - $12.00; except that four
substandard spaces for compact vehicles shall
be $9. 00 per month.
Lot No. 18, 100 Adams Street - $8.00.
Lot No. 22 , 100 East McCarty Street - $10.00.
Lot No. 24, Corner of McCarty and Adams Streets - $6. 00.
Lot No. 25, 500 Jefferson Street - $5.00.
Lot No. 27, 400 West High Street - $6. 00.
Lot No. 29, 400 West Main Street - $6. 00.
Lot No. 32, Corner of Walnut and McCarty Streets - $5. 00.
Viaduct , Corner of Walnut and High Streets - $5. 00
First floor of Parking Garage. $25.00; except that two
substandard spaces for compact vehicles shall
be $15.00 per month.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
