ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ESTABLISHING
FEES, TO BE CHARGED BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, FOR CERTAIN SERVICES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. The Code of the City of Jefferson, 1978, is
hereby amended by adding a new Section in Chapter 17, to be
known as "Section 17-19, Fees. " , and which Section will read as
follows:
"Section 17-19. Fees. The Fire Department is hereby
authorized to charge the following permit fees:
(a) $25.00 - bonfires and outdoor rubbish fires
5. 00 _ torches for removing paint
5. 00 - bowling establishments, refinishing
materials
15. 00 - fireworks.
(b) For copies of reports, the Fire Department shall
charge two ($2. 00) dollars, plus ten ( . 10) cents
per page for copies over and above the report. "
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
