AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, 1978, BY AMENDING SECTION 30-2,
FEE FOR COPIES OF ACCIDENT REPORTS OR CRIMINAL RECORDS BY THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT, BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW SUBSECTION THERETO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, .
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. The Code of the City of Jefferson, 1978, is
hereby amended by amending Section 30-2 , Fee for copies of ac-
cident reports or criminal records, by the Police Department ,
by adding a Section 30-2 (b) , which will read as follows :
�•+� "Section 30-2(b) . Every person desiring to secure
a copy of a police photograph shall pay five ($5. 00)
dollars per print , with purchase of the entire set of
prints available being mandatory. The maximum fee shall
be twenty five ($25. 00) dollars. All monies received
by the Police Department for such accident reports or
criminal records shall be placed in the General Revenue
Fund. "
Section 2. The existing paragraph of Section 30-2
shall be redesignated as 30-2(a) .
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
